Who we are? Intellyjent is a Nigerian-founded talent infrastructure company building the layer that connects Africa's young people to the work they are capable of doing.
Intellyjent closes that gap by running one continuous loop — Learn, Certify, Connect, Hire — on a single platform. Young people build in-demand digital, cognitive and workplace skills. They prove those skills through competitive assessment and structured certification. Their performance becomes a visible, verifiable profile. Employers, HR firms and institutions search that pool and hire directly from it. The loop is the product. Your Responsibilities
Below are your responsibilities here at Intellyjent
Digital Marketer
- Campaign Support: Assist in scheduling, launching, and monitoring social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track basic metrics (clicks, engagement, conversions) and help compile routine performance reports.
Mobile Developer
- Feature Development: Write, test, and debug basic code for iOS or Android applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- UI Implementation: Translate design mockups into functional mobile user interface components.
Fullstack Developer
- End-to-End Coding: Assist in building and maintaining both frontend interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS) and backend APIs.
- Database Management: Write basic queries and help the team update or maintain database structures.
UI/UX Designer
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes for new application features.
- Design Handoff: Assist in preparing and exporting design assets, ensuring developers have what they need for accurate implementation.
Data Analyst
- Data Cleaning: Gather, clean, and format raw datasets from various sources to prepare them for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and updating visual dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
Product Manager
- Documentation: Assist in writing and organizing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents (PRDs).
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to help inform the product roadmap.
Content Writer
- Drafting Content: Write initial drafts for blog posts, website copy, social media captions, and newsletters.
- Research & Ideation: Research industry-relevant topics and pitch fresh content ideas during editorial meetings.
